Since 2005 BelcoAvia is a major supplier of products from advanced composite materials. The factory is located in Livezile, 15 km away from Bistrița, the capital of Bistrița-Năsăud county, and has a built-up area of ​​16,000 sqm.
BelcoAvia has a design and development department, where we carry out the following activities:
– Research, design and development of own products
– Design of models and molds, according to the 3D drawing of the product received from our customers
– Design of tools needed to manufacture the product
– CAM programs for CNC machining centers
– Product manufacturing documentation
– PPAP documentation, for the approval of the manufacture of new products, according to the prescriptions of the automotive industry.

Recognized as a Romanian pioneering company in the production of composite parts for a wide variety of sectors, such as car (body elements, chairs, complete bodies), railway industry (locomotive engine cooling system housing), road transport (different parts of the body) site, sports field (golf machine bodies and panels, fishing boats).
